    • Action: Shrek – finalize news letter and send to Barry
    • Zara suggested a monthly news letter

      • Zara suggested we model the meeting after the WAFC open meeting – smaller atmosphere, informal discussion between leadership and community

    • YCC requires 4 months of experience playing ultimate before participating
    • Press and Zara want to create an indoor youth league so the kids can get the required experience

      • Information about the organization – bylaws, mission, etc
      • Contact information for the board – make it up front and visible. Have it go to feedback email
      • Front page should have info about CMUA
      • Publicize the board member meeting notes
